Glen first got his start in the industry with one of the largest financial institutions in North America, underwriting loans and mortgages. He then moved on to the Credit Union in Risk Management and compliance. After several years there Glen decided to make the move to become a Mortgage Broker. His love for the industry made the choice a simple and easy move for him. In 2007 he joined forces with Steel and they became "the dudes!" Glen previously worked with Steel earlier in his career in the finance industry, so teaming up with him only made sense.
Glen is currently married to his lovely wife Teresa, and also has two children. They love to spend their time outdoors on their acreage, south of Blaine Lake, or at the cabin in the summer time. Glen also enjoys to get in a few rounds of golf when his schedule allows, and a few hours in a tree stand hunting in the fall.
Glen puts his heart and soul into his job, to ensure his clients are 100% satisfied after every transaction. He also holds his AMP (accredited mortgage professional) title, which is a true sign of his education and knowledge in this industry.

Steel has been in the financial industry over 10 years, getting his start with Glen and one of the largest financial institutions in North America. He was promoted to management there, after only 1 year on the job. When the time had come to make a career change, he knew he wanted to stay in the industry and team up with someone who he knew and trusted. As mentioned above, Glen and Steel quickly became "the dudes" in 2007, with the sole intentions of becoming one of Saskatoon's largest broker teams...they are well on there way!
Steel is also happily married to his amazing wife Lindsay and they reside here in Saskatoon with their two children. As a family they enjoy spending time outdoors camping, golfing and heading to the cabin. Anyone who knows Steel personally, also know he is an AVID golfer. In the summer months, he will spend probably as much time on the course as anywhere else!
One thing Steel prides himself most in, is his availability to his clients. He does everything he can to actually answer his phone or be there when his clients need him most (evenings, weekends and holidays). Also holding his AMP accreditation, Steel has also been a multi-year recipient of the Summit 20 Club with TMG. This is only awarded to brokers who are in the top 20% in Canada for mortgage sales.

Steel and Glen at the 2009 SRAR Charity Golf Tournament. It was held at the Willows Golf and Country Club.
We were able to sponsor a hole in one and a chance to win a BRAND NEW Nissan Cube. Unfortunately no one drove away with a new car. Maybe next year!
