| "When my husband and I came over from the UK and we wanted to buy a property we came across lots of hurdles as we hadn't yet got our permanent residency here in Canada. I spoke with a few mortgage advisers who told me it wouldn't be easy and maybe we should wait a while. Then by luck we found Steel and for us he was a blessing!
Steel worked hard for us and often in his own time, even while unwell and not at work on one occasion!! He found our mortgage and made it happen for us and we were living in Canada for less than a year when we signed our paperwork. We now have our own home here in Canada to go along with our new life!
It is not like the UK here and when dealing with finances you need to have someone whom you can trust and knows the system.
I cannot recommend Steel highly enough for anyone who wishes to buy their home. He is knowledgeable and helpful and i believe if its possible he will make it happen!
I don't usually write testimonials but if anyone is in a difficult situation like we were and you are reading this i would like to advise that you speak to Steel before you give up! If i had listened to others we wouldn't own our home now.
